EAJ was given the mandate to specialize in the valorization of natural gas through LNG, GTL, hydrogen and carbon dioxide PSA systems as well as flare gas recovery, NGL and LPG recovery and SMR units.

We try to manufacture our special process plants by utilizing of our technology and experience in design and engineering, specifically for your requirements.

The process plants which were supplied by our group include related equipment and process packages specifically designed to produce the main product.

In addition, they can produce a variety of valuable by-products. The engineering phase of these plants begin with professional feasibility studies so that customers can produce their expected products with the highest quality and optimal cost.

We guarantee that we use the latest world-class technology in design and engineering of LNG Plant, NGL and LPG Recovery Plant, Flare Gas Recovery Plant and Package, and GTL Plant.

In design, procurement, manufacturing and construction of these Process Plants, our experienced engineering team has the capability to adhere to world-wide various Standards based on customer requirements.

As natural gas feedstock accounts for more than 85% of the cost of GTL products, the technology is now competitive as compared to crude oil refining. Furthermore, the development of small size 1,000 to medium 20,000 barrel per day GTL plants as standardized production units, makes the operation of such plants for stranded natural gas fields a logical and commercially viable solution.

Our Partners have signed 57 LNG projects, 44 of them have come into operation.
In our 57 sets LNG plant, 11 sets apply CH4 Expansion Cycler N2 Expansion Cycle or N2+CH4 Expansion Cycle and 46 sets apply mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC).

With technical expertise of refrigeration process, EAJ Group of partners can help customers choose the best process for their special application based on feed gas conditions (including feed gas composition, inlet pressure and flow rate, etc.), and find balance point among capital investment, power consumption and easy of operation and maintenance.

we design, manufacture and supply a series of skid-mounted modular LNG plants or site erected with a capacity starting at 15,000 Nm3/day up to 1,000,000 Nm3/day. Each plant can be design for more capacity with parallel plants and common facilities.

Our series of LNG plants will supply in below sizes: 

  • Micro (300 to 600 MT/Year)
  • Mini (600 to 20,000 MT/Year)
  • Mid Size (20,000 to 500,000 MT/Year)

Bio-gas is produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic matter such as agricultural waste, Manure, Plant Material, City sewage, and food waste which the proposed our Technology can be convert these into LNG.

The proposed Mid-Sized recovery Plant, are essential facilities in the natural gas processing and petroleum refining. These plants designed to extract and separate Natural Gas Liquids and Liquified Petroleum Gas.

Flaring is typically done to safety dispose of excess hydrocarbons during production and process.

Our FGR is designed to capture and reuse gas that flared in oil refineries and Gas treatments plants and also well-head platforms production.

The flare gas is collected and compressed, then cooling and condense and separation in liquid or gas phases. after that, it is treated to remove CO2, H2S and other impurities. Main product may change to LNG, CNG, GTL, or use as fuel gas.
