Gas to Liquid Plants (GTL)

Small and Medium GTL Plants:
Logical Commercial Solution

As natural gas feedstock accounts for more than 85% of the cost of GTL products, the technology is now competitive as compared to crude oil refining. Furthermore, the development of small size 1,000 to medium 20,000 barrel per day GTL plants as standardized production units, makes the operation of such plants for stranded natural gas fields a logical and commercially viable solution.

LNG Plant (Liquified Natural Gas)

Modular and mid-size LNG plants, such as the ones offered by EAJ, that can process the production of such stranded gas fields appear as a very viable solution which can be implemented very rapidly.

EAJ and its partners will help you turn stranded natural gas into profit or sweet gas to store for Peak Shaving.

The LNG process is complex and, therefore, requires advanced simulation and design capabilities. EAJ has the experience in mastering the following software in order to ensure proper process efficiency.

 

Simulation and modeling

For each part of the processes in a LNG plant, we use advanced simulation software such as ASPEN, HYSYS, PRO II and HTRI. For the simulation of fluid mixing EAJ uses the OPENFOAM CFD modeling software. We also use Flow Dynamics computer modeling software.

 

Engineering Design

Our group use design software such as AutoCAD, Cad works, PDMS, ANSYS and Solidworks. For structure design STAAD software is used.

Bio-Gas to Process Plants

Organic and agricultural waste can be converted into the biogas through a digestion or fermentation system. Biogas also can produced from landfills where organic food waste degrades in anaerobic conditions. There are several pathways to use biogas as a source of energy:

NGL/LPG Recovery Plant

EAJ and Partners design recovery plant to extract and separate Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) as valuable hydrocarbons from natural gas stream.

Our group projects (LNG and GTL) need to remove NGL/LPG, and we design these units, more than 60.
